Recommendations for Understanding Arctic System Change

This white paper was based on a 2010 workshop and subsequent discussions to identify key unknowns and key science questions for understanding arctic system change; and identify the next steps in synthesis activities, methodologies, mechanisms, and approaches to address the identified key science questions.
