Kristina Baiborodova

Kristina Baiborodova serves as Chief Executive Officer of ArKtiKa Company, which provides consulting and advising services relating to Arctic relations and partnerships; Arctic programs management; Arctic business development; Arctic policy and diplomacy development, and public engagement. Kristina contributes logistics and operations expertise to all SEARCH programs and projects.

Kristina is a senior-level business operations and relations manager with twenty years of experience overseeing many international projects and working in multi-national environments. As a strong team leader and creative problem solver, Kristina has established strategic partnerships and opportunities for organizational development that resulted in important business success. Kristina holds a Master of Business Administration in Management and Aviation Management Technology from the University of Alaska Anchorage. Along with her graduate degree, Kristina completed a Bachelor of Science in Aviation Technology and Management.
